Refund policy

 

We do not provide a refund, unless specifically agreed to, or if the cancellation is at least made 48 hours in prior to the booked session. T

his does not include the potential sale of retreats, which refund policy will be stated in the confirmation email.


To be eligible for a refund, you must will need the receipt or proof of purchase and let us know within the said timeframe.

If your refund is accepted, you should have the refund within 10 working days, read more below..

There is also a 2 year complaint deadline.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the virtual item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong virtual item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Virtual goods
Sansa may offer the option to buy virtual training session or pre-recorded videos. These are likely going to be temperary and may change without noticed. The services is only meant for the customer who has bought the service, which means that there is a no share condition of the sale. Sansa has the right to rewoke access to any virtual sale, if the customer has not followed terms and condition per said service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like online content (Videos, training plans, etc.) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale virtual items or gift cards.

However, we do offer a 14 days money back garanti. If you wish to pursue this, please contact us within the 14 days of the purchase.

Exchanges
We do currently not offer any exchanges, however, we may offer rescheduling.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Payment methods
We currently only offer the option to buy online with the use of a credit or debit card, issued by MasterCard, Visa or DanCard.

Delivery
As we do not conduct any sales of physical products, the shipping time would be instant, after the purchase of a virtual item or booking. All treatments, besides Qigong, would either be at the place of our customers or at our address at Á Gørðum 27, Kaldbak 180,  Faroe Islands, if not otherwise agreed to. Qigong is held at Fimi or Lítlaskúla, if not otherwised agreed to.
